I had this for lunch today.
You will need:
- Bread (I used Hovis granary wholemeal)
- Frozen chopped spinach (a couple of lumps of Sainsbury's spinach was about right)
- Cheese
- Pepper
- Lea & Perrins (other Worcestershire sauces are available)
What to do:
- Toast the bread on one side.
- Meanwhile, microwave the spinach uncovered for a couple of minutes. No need to drain.
- Add pepper and Lea & Perrins, and mix.
- Spread spinach on uncooked side of bread and add cheese.
- Toast until cheese melts.
- Yum.

Yum indeed, just had it for lunch. Husband however thinks it is just another ploy to feed him spinach.
