I've been making new signs for the recycling bins at the church, listing what can be put in them (e.g. paper, plastic bottles, cans) and what can't (e.g. plastic bags, disposable cups).
However, it seems I may need to be even more specific. I was interested today to find in the recycling bin a fish supper. Yes, quite.

I can never decide whether people who put non-recyclable stuff in recycling are lazy or just very optimistic.
That would be some optimism!
My charitable hope is that, in the dark, a passer-by saw several bins and didn't realise one was a recycling bin. Maybe.
