Who is my neighbour?

Came across this on Facebook the other day.

An old painting of Jesus teaching, with speech added to it as follows: JESUS: love your neighbour as yourself. MAN: Who is my neighbour? JESUS: It's whoever you were hoping I wouldn't say.
